Overall a satisfactory stay. Very basic hotel. It was generally clean but outdated and room could do with a deep clean and renovation. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows, room size was fine, warm shower, breakfast was held in an Indian restaurant at the bottom of the hotel which worked fine. Staff were ok, minimal customer service / interaction - def room for improvement here. Good location central to Wall Street and plenty of restaurants and good food options such as Joes pizza. Good train station in and out of JFK with ease and excellent routes uptown into manhattan. Overall a good stay - room was basic but adequate. I would stay here again if the price was right.

Considering the price, I got what I paid for: a clean bed in a good location. But this property is outdated. The keycard reader wouldn’t work, so getting into our room was a pain. There were hairs all over the bathroom when we arrived. The room smelled musty, but that got better as we kept the AC cranked. This hotel needs to be renovated.

I couldn’t even turn around and I’m a small short person. Room was tidy but not clean. I felt like I was in an old abandoned room. But staff was helpful and very kind. 1 star! Needs refinishing!!

The hotel is alright overall. The location is very convenient, and the staff are generally helpful. However, the main issue is the lack of maintenance. The room key frequently stops working, and I had to get it reactivated almost every day, which is particularly annoying when your room is 12 floors above reception. The Wi-Fi is also quite unstable, which is a significant issue nowadays. These are basic things that really need to be improved.
