This location is horrible. It is located near a budget station, so a large population of trouble people hangout in the seating area in front of the hotel. While they have security, the crowd is very troubling and I didn’t feel safe there with my daughter. The refrigerator wasn’t working in my room and initially when we checked into our room, it had a mildew smell. The staff were very welcoming and a staffer constantly cleaned while we were in the lobby. Even the security guards were hospitable and acted as concierges. However, the population hanging around the hotel is not worth it. It’s also a bit farther than we like to stay from Times Square.
