Very close to the F and J subways routes you can travel from the Kennedy Airport in easy way and then move to the Yankee Stadium, Broadway/Time Squares and Coney Island relative fast. Excellent location to use the subway.

The price is good and is conveniently located near a subway station. The address they advertise should be updated, as we couldn't properly find it the first day, and it was late at night. Right entrance address is 96 Suffolk St. The cleaning staff was really friendly. The reception staff was a little rough, maybe they're too straightforward NY style, but could be better, though; during our check-in, the lady scolded who I believe was a trainee right in front of us, it was really awkward. I believe you should always congratulate in public and give feedback privately. But well, other than that, we did have a good time, the room was spacious, for a NYC room, and the location was good to move around Manhattan. Chinatown and Little Italy are walkable from there, which was a plus.

Reception staff were super helpful throughout our stay. They helped us book taxis and provided essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste when needed. The air conditioning was excellent — the room cooled down instantly, and when it got too cold, warm air came out straight away as well. We didn’t try the breakfast, but there was a water filter, vending machine, and coffee machine available near reception for guests to use. Overall, a comfortable stay with very helpful service.
