Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The breakfast (while not included in our reservation) was delicious. The rooms were clean and we slept well. We noticed that one elevator worked better than the other though. Our maid was lovely, but after her last cleaning service of our room the toilet paper roll wasn't replaced and I had to finish making one of the beds. The bed issue may have been due to where we placed one of our suitcases, but I was able to finish putting the top sheet and comforter on without any issue so it was strange to me that she did not.

I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn in Chelsea. I stayed for over a week, the staff was very friendly. The service was great. The location was awesome, I will definitely stay here again. Special shout out to Eugenia Ram at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my trip great. Thank you I will see you again.
