Location is the best - walking distance to a lot of places, allowing us to enjoy the best New York has to offer. Staff was extremely warm and helpful. The free bottled water, coffee and the wine between 4-5pm were very nice for a hot summer day. Breakfast was adaquate for me, but the boys may wish to have a little more meat/sausages. AC was very strong, took us a while to figure out how to adjust it so it doesn't get too cold.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, bottled water, cookies, and beer during specific hours, which was a nice bonus. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall, and Madison Square Garden. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
