The staff was the worst part of my stay , not understanding , guy lied and told me they would cancel if I didn’t arrive by 6 because I didn’t pay yet and I told them I was on the way but when I called back reservation told me they can’t do that. Asked for late check out and they made every excuse under the sun to not give it just for them to not even come to clean the room till 1 anyway. No parking , horrible breakfast. All I can say is the place is clean and modern

Just as pictured, the room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. However, the rooms were not sound proof as stated so it was heard to relax during the day or sleep at night. Staff is very loud during the day other than that the hotel is in an excellent location with the D train just steps away and the bus stop right at the corner. China town is right on the side street so you can get ramen, dumplings and a bakery on every block. The neighborhood is also very safe! I had breakfast one morning and it was fresh and delicious. There is a coffee and tea station 24hrs in the lobby and staff is very helpful and friendly at the front desk!
