Great location, near the subway and food. Bed very comfortable. Room was clean although furniture was a little dated. Downside, is the noise from the subway and street. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Bathroom a little on the small side, but had everything that was needed.

It was a fine stay. Things were a little run down but our room was clean. The staff was responsive. The elevator had issues getting to floors sometimes however it was a very busy weekend with World Cup being played and Ariana Grande concert in Brooklyn.

Initial arrival was okay. Concierge was pleasant and the room looked modern and clean. It wasn't until I went into the bathroom and found multiple hairs on a wash cloth/face towel in the bathroom. I called the front desk to share what I saw and they mentioned they would have housekeeping send a new set immediately. I had to repeatedly call the front desk for the clean towels because housekeeping never showed. That alone was a nuisance. The rest of the stay was fine.

This hotel has potential but the rooms need to be updated. Not a fan of the pool hours. It's open 7am - 12pm and from 730 - 10pm. The chairs in the room were peeling from being used so much. Thats about it.

The rooms were very clean and very recently upgraded. The towels were nice, cotton, but the washcloths were terrible. I needed to find housekeeping for the minimum number of towels needed (four guests, only two towels) and when we returned from the concert, the water dispenser was empty and front desk would not have it refilled, saying it was done for the day. That didn’t seem very accommodating. Nice neighborhood, glad the parking was included in our stay. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed for one night after our original hotel air conditioner died. The front desk staff at the hotel were awesome. We reserved a top floor newly renovated room which was very nice. The only thing I disliked was the pillows. They were so flat and uncomfortable. We found free parking a block away because the valet parking is so expensive, and the parking lots are always full in NY.
