It was easy to check in and out. Front desk staff were kind and friendly. Rooms were really clean and bathrooms have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and liquid hand soap. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds and it was kind of a tight squeeze but it worked for our two day stay! Air conditioner worked well. No complaints really. would stay here again.

The hotel was located in the Chelsea area, so we were close to so many attractions including the subway. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the Flower District is fantastic—it is incredibly easy to get to Madison Square Garden, and having a subway entrance so close by made getting around the city a breeze. The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. For a New York City hotel, the room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. A special shout-out to housekeeping, who did a great job of keeping the room clean with fresh towels daily. The breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to see some hot options like eggs or at least a waffle maker, but we made do with what they had to offer. Overall, it was a great experience, and the excellent location and staff made it well worth it!

Overall a great stay! Very central, great location. In close distance to several subway stations and citibikes. Our room was to the back and very quiet, no noise from adjacent rooms. AC is quite noisy and we switched it off during the night. The beds were very comfortable and powerful shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental breakfast with a selection of bread, bagels and pastries, creme cheese, peanut butter, jam, yoghurts, fruit, cereal. The quality was OK.

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was on the 15th floor. I was somewhat apprehensive after reading more recent reviews since I booked in May. I almost paid more to switch hotels. I am so glad I didn’t!! My early check in after waking up @ 3:30 AM to travel was beyond great! We were able to put things away and relax for an hour + before heading off to explore the city. Room was clean, no smells, and temperature was fine! I am so glad I kept this reservation and I was pleased with my stay!!

The location is near subway. Quiet and not a busy area. The staff is courteous and helpful. Didn't know we have to ask for the drinking bottle from the front desk. What i dont like is the show area the shower curtain is short so the water tends to spill.

Pros: The room was decently clean, the staff were friendly and kind, housekeeping made up our room each day, great central location (ideal for walking or taking the subway), free breakfast. Cons: The bedding was stained and tattered, the phone did not work to call the lobby, we repeatedly asked for an additional washcloth and there was no follow through, the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine taking off, bathtub was moldy, breakfast options were limited.
