We stayed here for a soccer tournament with other parents and had a great experience! We loved how family-friendly and clean everything was. It was a great place to stay with the team, and we would definitely recommend it to other families!

The room was larger than I expected which was good. It came equipped with a refrigerator which I used to keep my soda and water cold, microwave, and coffeemaker. Crossing Northern Blvd was a bit scary. The subway station took about 15 minutes to get to and was often crowded but then it’s New York. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend the hotel to people.

The property was very close to a lot of Asian restaurants and malls. The room was spacious and very clean. Convenient storage for luggages for early arrival. The staff was pleasant and polite. The only downside - they don't have shuttle to the airport which was advertised and the reason why I booked this hotel. The staff said the shuttle service is supposed to start the day after we checked out :(

The walls are really thin. You can hear people talk in the hallway very clearly. Someone was talking loud on their phone and playing loud music. There were 2 fire alarms at 3AM, 30 minutes apart, which made it impossible to sleep.

Terrible experience. The hotel refused to let us check in even though we had someone over 21 with us. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund our money, even though we were not allowed to stay. The staff made no effort to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.
