Handy location close to Subway and is easily the best nights sleep I've had in a New York Hotel. Comfortable beds, good amount of space in the room and a spacious bathroom. Only downside was lack of view from the room but that probably helped make the room quieter than it would have been if it looked out onto the street. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. Hotel is perfectly located, directly opposite madison park. This gives you breathing space amongst frantic atmosphere that is New York. We have been to the Big Apple numerous times, by far this was our favourite location. We plan on visiting again next year. THANKYOU.

Overall a good value if you’re not spending time in the room other than to sleep. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There are not really any amenities, the room was tiny and the view was the fire escape on the next building.
