Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate my friends and I (there were eight of us in total). It was not only easy to book two rooms for all of us but we were also able to have both rooms across from each other. Both rooms were clean and it was overall a wonderful stay.

We like this hotel for the close proximity to our daughter's home when we visit her. We have stayed here before and it is very convenient for us. When we checked in we were given the option of several rooms, but the front desk staff couldn't give us much insight on the differences between the rooms. We selected a room on the first floor which was super small and not ideal for us. They told us the lower level rooms may be slightly larger, however when we moved to one of those rooms it was probably 2.5 times larger! It was a much better room, however being partially below grade it was dark, but we were glad to have moved! Our stay was uneventful and the staff were friendly whenever we went through the lobby.

My husband and I stayed at the Henry Norman for a short trip to see out daughter in early June of 2026 and were very pleased with our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was lovely. Additionally, we loved the neighborhood-walking around at the local park and to various bars and restaurants. I can highly recommend the Henry Norman.
