This is an excellent, clean, safe hotel right in the middle of Manhattan. Fantastic location just a block from each subway line, our room was always clean. The front desk people were very courteous and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say, we will stay there again when we return to New York.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near penn station and Times Square. It was very safe, and their staff is very kind and helpful. I come to NYC very frequently and have stayed in about 5 local hotels, but this was my favorite. I will use this as my hotel going forward. 10/10 lovely stay.

Great location within walking distance to a lot of Manhattan sites & restaurants! Convenient access to trails & busses! Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean, roomy & quiet. But no iron or microwave in a standard double! Only 1 chair in room to sit in & when requested for another was told not allowed which was slightly uncomfortable. ONLY ONE ICE & water machine available on the 8th floor so good luck if you are thirsty quite often! The AC was EXTREMELY LOUD and my sleep was not peaceful at all!!! Would I return…? Yes!!

My son and I had an enjoyable stay at Henn Na NYC. The hotel itself was clean and modern and we had a good dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The location is the real star, just a couple blocks away from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, across the street from a funky espresso cafe, and easy walking distance to a Popup Bagel place. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are minimalist but we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great for tourist, very walkable. We would absolutely stay again.

Great choice for our family's 3 night stay. We are former New Yorkers, sort of local, and just wanted a place to sleep after we did things we wanted to do in the city instead of commuting back to NJ. Quick, easy check-in and check-out. We didn't need much in the way of service or information, so I can't comment on that. The room was very clean. Not huge but plenty of space for family of 4. Great location with close access to several trains. Also a short enough walk to Hell's Kitchen where we found someplace good to eat all 3 nights. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Henn na Hotel NYC from Friday to Monday in late January and early February, and the experience was excellent. We really loved the hotel: the room and all common areas were spotless, clean, and well organized. The sushi restaurant was very good and convenient. The location was perfect for us, especially being close to Madison Square Garden to attend an NBA game. The staff, including the maintenance team, were always attentive, friendly, and respectful. Overall, a great place to stay in New York City.
