I have been in HENN Na Hotel couple times, always excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good location, and also we love the Japanese restaurant in first floor!

Nice size rooms. Quiet, even near the elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Only a block away from Penn station and subway. Great bagel/ breakfast place next door. Yummy diner at the end of the block.

You get what you pay for

This hotel was definitely no frills. Mr room smelled had a terrible smell of smoke. I asked to switch rooms and was told there was no other room available. Even my clothes smelled like smoke when I left in the morning. Would not go back.

In an emergency while traveling to DC, my cousin and I stayed here for a night while we waited for her brother to fly in from Montreal later that night. (Backstory: his flight was delayed because of the airplane incident at Toronto Int'l; his connection to JFK) We were heading to DC the next morning.The hotel staff knew our situation and was very accommodating. The sushi restaurant was excellent and after a day in the city, I slept like a baby. This place is a unique and awesome hidden gem. I will be staying here again.

Really loved how spacious the room was and how they had the LG styler closet. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Right in the middle of everything.

Dissappinting

The hotel has many faults. No room service, no luggage support and their elevator malfunctions often and gets stuck and then starts shaking. Some of their front desk staff are also very unprofessional, one doesn't even touch your luggage when she puts it in storage & wants the client to do everything, another one discloses what the client asks over the phone in front of others and interogates & objects on it. The management can be very accusative of the guest and threatening as well when you complain.
