stayed here for three days loved the staff and room. Everything was clean & I was even given extra toiletries when requested. The staff were very convenient and quick with my request. The hotel was nice overall, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. However, I do think the property could use some upgrades and a little more cleanliness, especially in certain areas of the room and hotel. With some updates and more attention to cleanliness, I think the hotel could be even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning and overall comfort of the room. It was a great place to stay during my trip to New York, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed here for a night while in town for a Harry Styles concert and had a great experience. We arrived early in the morning so our luggage could be held until check in and the staff said we could help ourselves to the breakfast which I thought was very kind. After calling to see if there was any chance we could check in early, our room ended up being ready an hour earlier which really helped maximize our time. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size for NYC. The location was a quick 10 min walk to MSG making it ideal for our trip. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with any assistance we needed. It was a very good experience and exactly what we were looking for, for a short one night stay!

Great location in the heart of midtown, really close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden! The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, but it's nice that it's included! I did use the fitness room and while it's nice to have one, it was TINY! One morning there were 4 of us in there and that is probably the max number of people that can comfortably be in there at one time! Our room faced the back so it was quiet at night and the room was spacious enough considering you're in the middle of NYC! For us, this was a great hotel. Not budget busting, comfortable, safe, and more importantly,conveniently located to pretty much everything!
