Property is going through a remodel. Great price and location. Tv didn’t work but it wasn’t too much of an issue since I wasn’t in the room that often. Staff is amazing though. Was able to check in earlier than expected. Staff was very kind and welcoming . Free breakfast but is an option that i didn’t take advantage of as well. I’m sure once the remodel is complete it will give the patrons a better experience.

Hotel met our standards of Hampton Inns we've stayed in the past. Staff was friendly and dealt with any issues. The elevators had problems a couple times while we were there (for a week), and both times, repairs were going quickly, and the elevators were back in service in not too long. Cleaning service was really great, and every day. Location was great, breakfast was great too.

Our stay was pleasant and we had no difficulties and would stay again, it was good value for the money. Previous years I have stayed at Times Square at a different hotel for a higher price and Hampton Inn was definitely nicer. Staff were all helpful and friendly. I appreciated the drink stand in the lobby after a day out, the free drop off bag storage service before we can check in and the ATM kiosk in the lobby if needed. I thought the dining room was a bit shabby and run down, chairs were peeling and the carpet in general areas on the floors needed changing. The breakfast was well stocked by the staff, did have a basic variety between cooked, cereals, waffles, limited fresh fruit as expected and the hotel room was clean, spacious enough and bright. I also really enjoyed this location.
