We were on a tight turn around on our way back from Tokyo, so we got in at 5pm and had to leave at 3am. It was comfortable and close to the airport. The late night shuttle was super helpful, but it takes you to the Airtrain. It would be helpful if it would take you directly to the terminals. Luckily the front desk staff were super nice and helped us get back to Kingston with a minimum of fuss! Would definitely recommend and stay again when in NYC.

Room wasn’t the best, mould on ceiling and funky smell in room. We were too tired after long flight and only staying the night. Airport hotels can be hit and miss but this was a miss.
