This was definitely a diamond in the rough, many people said it wasn't a great area. Many people were wrong. The hotel itself was super clean and quiet during my 4 night 5 day stay. No issues walking to and from my event and several coffee shops and bodegas to fulfill any need along the way. Will be staying here again next year

I was very disappointed with this place from checking in to the cleanness of the Location and the price I pay for two days for 2 room was not worth it. No nothing not even coffee in the building and it was a luxury suite. It was more like a cheap motel.

This room, is huge, that is the only plus side. Upon arrival, we realized we did not receive an email with entry information. Called the number, and received an entry code to the front door. Upon arriving at our room, we had to call again to get that door code. We arrived late evening so a full inventory of the room was not done. When we attempted to play the tv, it would not connect to the internet. From check-in through the next day six calls were placed. Two of which a supervisor was supposed to call back. The supervisor never called, no repairs, no other room to switch to- nothing. Our room was not clean, there wasn’t a shower curtain, and the ceiling right outside the room was leaking and coming apart. Each time we spoke to someone, they apologized that this was happening. The supervisor said the best she could do was put in a request for money back. Global Luxury Suites is anything other than a luxury. If you’re looking for a room with space, this is it. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, helpful staff and luxury- look elsewhere!

I stayed here for four nights, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived, the entry code didn’t work, and I spent roughly 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a new code just to access the property. Then I discovered the shower was broken. I contacted them twice a day asking for it to be fixed, yet it wasn’t repaired until the night before I checked out. For three days, I had to find other places to take a shower, which is completely unacceptable. They finally came the night before I checked out. The air conditioner is also incredibly loud. And calling this property “luxury” is a serious stretch. There was absolutely nothing about my experience that felt luxurious. The one positive I can give them is that the bed was comfortable. Other than that, even one star feels generous. I would absolutely not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this property.

This is definitely an ideal place for a solo traveler for business or pleasure. Convenient to public transportation, local restaurants, and grocery. This is a pet friendly area. It has a nice state of the art gym inconvenience to two major hospitals. The only downside is there is no washer dryer available however there is a laundromat less than seven minute walking distance.

Top Notch Family Spot
