The hotel was really nice. Nice scenery and lobby. The staff are really nice and helpful. However, for the actual Hotel, the inside was nice, but I wished the shower had been scrubbed a lil bit more. And also, the walls are kinda thin, so you can hear people from the outside of your door, but it’s not too bad to the point you can’t still enjoy your stay. Overall, it was a good stay! Would definitely book again!
Property was nice. Very convenient to the subway. Staff was friendly. Surrounding area outside the hotel dirty but not unsafe. Restaurant/bar closes too early. Other than that it was a good stay.
It was a great facility with clean rooms and friendly staff. The shuttle from the airport really helped me be able to enjoy my vacating too. Loved staying here.
Fire alarm went off four days in a row in the earlyyyyyy morning! No apology from management to this day. We had to ask for items everyday in the room (toilet tissue, towels, coffee supplies… you name it!)

Liked: Staff & service
A false fire alarm went off at 4:21 A.M. and blared for 12 minutes before it could be turned off. It then repeated about 15 minutes later for less than a minute. By then we were up for the day. Very disappointed. I had stayed there a year earlier for $100 less per night. $330 is way too much to pay to stay there even during the US Open.

Disliked: Amenities
The property itself is ok but it is in a horrible part of the city. Valet took so long (almost 90 minutes of being stuck in traffic) that I gave up and parked on the street almost a mile away. Fortunately I didn't get a ticket but it was a horrible experience. I will never stay here again.
