Room is very clean. The breakfast area not so clean. I saw a roach near the breakfast area. They have the bread not covered and their ice is not in plastic bags so people can't touch the surrounding ice. Their is one lady that works the desk that isn't pleasant at all. I also think she is predigest against American people. I saw a women ask her for tissues cause she had a cold. She gave her a hard time in giving it to her. The rest of the staff is very pleasant and helpfull. That is why I give them a one star.

The room was pretty clean, the majority of the towels seem to have yellow stains. There was a fork and paper towel holding something in the window and we were on the 7th floor with no bars on the window. One of the alarms sounded really loud in our room one of the days we were there because someone in the lobby area burnt the noodles in the microwave. Oh by the way, there was a small continental breakfast in the mornings which they didn’t inform us when we checked in. The hotel is in walking distance of the bus stops and subway stations. The hotel is located in the side of Queens where there are many oriental restaurants, bakeries and shops.

This is an odd little hotel on Flushing Main Street. Very convenient to the LIRR and Subway Line 7. Lots of grocery and Chinese good options around. Also a 24 hr Duane Reade close by. The hotel itself is old, tired, and in sore need of renovation. However, for the cost, in NYC close to the subway, it was a good deal.

On the plus side, the bed seemed clean, they had AC and Roku so you could watch streaming services. They don't put a TV remote control in each room which you don't find out til you get in your room and look for it. Then they make you come down get it from the front desk instead of having someone bring it up to you. They also only put one roll of toilet paper in each room and you have to go the front desk for that too. You are expected to return the TV remote when you are checking out. One of the drawers partially fell apart when I opened it. Very limited breakfast options. All they had was jelly, steamed buns, cereal, milk, and Sunny D.
