The staff was exceptional -very friendly and helpful! There was a mix up with the type of room I requested but they managed to rectify the error by moving us on the second night. To compensate for this inconvenience, we were given vouchers for complimentary dinner and drinks at the Fitzpatrick restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable.
