This a true hidden gem. The staff are amazing, professional and very kind. The bar is cozy and has as a great outdoor patio. I did use the spa, but looked great. Hotel is in perfect location. 1 min walk to Grand Central. Ability to go anywhere from there, or stay, and spend hours exploring the beautiful Station. Looking forward to my next stay.

Staff were very friendly. Hate everything else. Room has gross, old, dirty carpet, ac barely worked, you have to close the bathroom door to use the sink, towels do not match, one robe for 2 guests. Would never stay again. And why is there a phone in the bathroom? Can hear everything from the courtyard.

Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming (though I desperately wish they would not use the CRINGEY greeting "welcome IN". PLEASE!!) The Pub has a good variety of options on its menu and the food is well prepared. Very convenient for the tired traveller! The mattress or maybe just the mattress topper is very very soft, not much support. The room was very clean, fresh and comfortable. Thank you!
