Hotel bus very good both on pickup and drop off. Room clean, quiet, followed by a good breakfast. They had made to order waffles that day. Will use again.

The airport shuttle bus was not suitable for anyone with a mobility problem. Step was extremely high and driver was not at all helpful. Was resistant to pulling the bus to the kerb to make it easier. Preferred to stop in the middle of the road. Will not be staying here again.

The facility is conveniently located near the airport. The shutter for departure terminals is great and very convenient. The JFK airport rules, however, made the shuttle for arrival to the hotel complicated as you need to navigate several physical (air train, directions, luggage carry on distances) and signal issues to finally get to the Federal Circle for pick up by the shuttle. The Hotel is good and quite convenient for short stays during travel by JFK.

Drop off good hotel takes you directly to your airport section
Pick up at night after coming out of customs is challenging long walk out of customs to several elevators to airtrain more elevators and walking to a common place to get transportation to hotel wait for transportation is a phone call then 10-15 minute wait
