Front desk staff were really friendly and patient. Room was immaculately clean and really spacious. Free shuttle was excellent, would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast is from 6 but they had coffee and some fruit out from 4:30 so we could grab some before our 5 am shuttle!

The property is is typical Farfield hotel. What's good about this one is the location to jkf airport. The airport shuttle to and from the airport is great and on time. I got to the hotel at 2am but I came down at 945 am when breakfast was finished and one of the lovely ladies went to the kitchen and prepared a bagel sandwich for me which I was great full for. I didnt use any of the hotel amenities as I left at 12pm that day but I assume it would have been good

I stayed at the Holiday Inn JFK for the weekend and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, and the on-site breakfast was convenient, especially with limited dining options within walking distance. The location is convenient for JFK access. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no on-site parking, so plan accordingly, as street parking in the surrounding area can be quite challenging. There was also road construction directly in front of the hotel, which was a bit disruptive since my room faced the street. A special mention to Manager Gary, who was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. His excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences to consider when planning your visit.

Neat and tidy property just 10 minutes from JFK airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and pickup drop to the airport works well. Main issues are: very high pricing, crummy neighborhood with no decent place to eat and no lunch/dinner food available at the hotel.
