Neat and tidy property just 10 minutes from JFK airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and pickup drop to the airport works well. Main issues are: very high pricing, crummy neighborhood with no decent place to eat and no lunch/dinner food available at the hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel. Clean and bright. Helpful staff who paid for an uber when their shuttle was overbooked. Only gripe is there were no on site eating venues. Although we had no problem getting a takeaway delivered to the hotel at the hotel’s suggestion.

When arrived at jfk we were trying to follow the instructions to call for the bus, eventually we used the central helpline which informed us that we just needed to wait at the waiting spot as phones were not working. Once it arrived it was efficient to get to the hotel. Once at the hotel the staff were very helpful. Even assuring we could have a late check out as out flight was early evening the next day. Breakfast was fairly basic but suffiecent. The shuttle was on the hour and was efficent with helpful driver
