From the moment we walked in we were well taken care of. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was as delicious and had many great options. If you are looking for a hotel that put you in the middle of it all this is a great choice. My grandson love how we could walk to most of where we wanted to go. I love that everything was clean. The staff made us feel like we were VIP. Great for business travel or for families. We definitely will be back soon!

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in NYC. The parking garage they suggested I park at is attached to the hotel so didn’t have to walk in the street with luggage. The hotel is extremely clean and room was great. The breakfast was amazing and I haven’t had a free buffet like that in a NYC hotel before! Plus you get 2 free drinks at an evening lounge. This is my new NYC hotel from now on!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved how quiet our room was, it was virtually soundproof and far away from the elevator. The AC was not too cold or loud, which is often a problem at hotels. Having breakfast included was important for us to get a good start in the morning. And the snacks around 5pm were perfect at the end of the day to revive us before going out for dinner around 7pm. We had a kind bed for two people, and a full size pullout couch which was fine for a college student.

This hotel is conveniently located close to multiple subway lines and Penn Station, ESB, MSG and others. The breakfast was amazing and the staff hustled to make sure everyone was taken care of. They had a movie club on an outdoor mezzanine that was unexpected and the hotel was very quiet. Best employee - ADAM at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond and was so fun and welcoming. He truly made it feel like home. 5 starts Adam.
