This is the perfect place to stay. They give you free breakfast. It’s close to everything 39th St. is only walking distance to all the fun stuff. The Subway is a block away. 42nd St. is where you wanna be to go hang out. Go eat go to the movies go to Broadway shows. This hotel is a win, especially for the price.

We had the most pleasant stay, the room was clean, the property is well maintained. We picked the room with a city view and it was breathtaking! I particularly loved the breakfast, they rotated a few things every day, so it wasn’t boring. We had eggs, sausages, chobani yogurt station, good selection of fruits, tea. The location is nice, minutes away from all sights and subway. I recommend this hotel!

Upon entering our room we found toilet paper in the toilet, dried up contacts on the night table and a small spot of blood on the duvet. The breakfast room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. It was a great location to Times Square.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and offered more than expected. There wasn't always bottled water available as advertised. Elevators were slow at peak times and not numerous but we were forewarned by staff and were able to accomodate.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious with a convenient kitchenette but the furniture felt outdated and the shower only had very hot water no warm or cool option, which wasn’t ideal during one of the hottest weekends of the year. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but the elevators were always crowded, so be prepared to wait.

Roof top was close so that was disappointing. On the day of check in there was only one staff working the desk. Long line in the lobby area waiting to be checked in. Customer service could be better The breakfast was great and breakfast room staff were awesome. They provide luggage storage and late check out if you are a bonvoy member. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recommend this property to all the reason is all the attraction is nearby most of them is within walking distance, I got a package deal from Expedia two rooms for 4 nights with returned airfare accomodation buffet breakfast and coffe water fruits are available in the property 24 hours that is a plus. Love to stay again and also recommending to this location for future vacatuion, get the Expedia app and save. Thanks to the Management of the hotel and all the staff they were very caring and to see great smiles on their faces make our day. thumbs up
