The rooms are very clean and the Housekeeping is very good. The hotel itself is quiet, but there are lots of state noises to be expected from being in New York City. This was my second stay there and both of them have been excellent

It was good to find a well located hotel during a busy & expensive time of year. One guest would mark it negatively, reporting their side of the bed badly broken, tilting them to the floor all night, and with very little water pressure in the shower. The other guest, a former NYer, was happier with the hotel.

The rooms are small but quite efficient. There is kitchenette area. Enough room to walk around the bed and a bathroom. We've stayed there several times and will continue to. Note: we usually face 9th Ave however this last stay we faced 1st and it was terribly loud. The hotel offers ear plugs, which was nice but going forward we will request a room facing 9th!

The location was simply amazing and it was handy to have the kitchenette. But the floor was dirty and soap was missing. I called to ask for both to be fixed. Eventually we got soap, but staff didn’t help with the floor as reception said they would. Beds were comfy, but pillows were like bricks. It could have been an amazing stay if the room was given a tad more love and upkeep.

there were a few maintenance issues that I felt should've been dealt with before I stayed there. I had an overhead light that was flickering to the point where you felt like you might have an epileptic seizure, and the lightbulb in the tableside lamps were not functional. Overall, I thought the stay was really nice, and the location was great but I did pay extra to stay an hour later and a maid was at my door right at 11 when my checkout was set for noon. she then made me wait at the door while she called somebody. This was time I paid for and I was currently actively getting ready. there was no communication to the staff and it felt like a waste when I had to sit there and wait 20 minutes for her to figure it out and had to leave my door open with me standing in it. I would stay there again, but these issues could be easily corrected with a little communication to staff and a little bit of minor maintenance.

Great location that’s central to everywhere you want to go. Clean and cheaper compared to most places. Pretty loud at night like you can hear everyone on the stairwell and in the building along with outside noise

Great location! There was street noise but I brought a noise machine so that helped. There isn’t front desk staff on site so keep that in mind. It’s contactless check-in. There will be housekeeping there daily. I would stay again.
