The pool area looked nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it because of timing and weather. We liked the location for what we were doing. And it is away from the crowds. Access to the high line was great.

A pool in NYC is hard to come by, this one isn’t flawless but it’s clean and the scene is vibey. The staff is always fabulous, engaging, warm and helpful. The rooms are dated and a little impractical, like turning the lights on and off is much harder than it should be and the bathroom has a door that weighs a 1000lb. I think they were going for style but it comes across as dated and it’s a 4/5 in cleanliness. Killer views, dynamite location and excellent service keep me coming back.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved relaxing by the pool in the evening—it was such a unique experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I can’t say enough about the location. It’s one of the best in the area. I especially love being so close to the West Village, the Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. There is always so much to see and do, all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Such a FUN stay! The vibes were absolutely on point from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was definitely a highlight! Great atmosphere, amazing DJs, and the energy was everything. The bar was also a great place to hang out and enjoy the vibe. And the ARTWORK throughout the hotel?! LOVE! 🎨✨ There are so many unique, colorful, and creative photo-op spots everywhere you turn. Definitely bring your camera because you’re going to want to take pictures! Overall, this hotel has such a fun, stylish, lively atmosphere.
