Excellent location. In Chelsea and meatpacking area. Close to the market, the piers, shopping. We walked to the village and even walked to Rockefeller Center! (Not sure I’d recommend that lol). Loved the location and one of the few hotels with a pool!

The staff were so accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved relaxing by the pool in the evening—it was such a unique experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I can’t say enough about the location. It’s one of the best in the area. I especially love being so close to the West Village, the Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. There is always so much to see and do, all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The pool is perfect! However it’s always cold no matter the temperature outside. Great accommodating staff & the dj plays a variety of music. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and modern. I prefer pool view instead of balcony. If you’re lucky you get a pool view with a balcony. Their in room bar is censored, therefore once you touch an item you get a charge. You can dispute it if you haven’t used said item.

The hotel it’s great for the night life. You have many options around. Loved the pool concept and the roof top is always a plus. They messed up my reservation tho, I booked for a pool view either balcony, when I arrived they said they were sold out on those. They tried making it up with some free drinks, but definitely ruined our experience.

We really enjoyed this hotel and the staff. Very nice and accommodating front desk and the bartenders and restaurant staff were super kind and helpful. The property was clean and it was a really cool property. We loved the round windows and we could see the Empire State Building from our bed which was a really pretty sight at night when it is lit up. The pool was really nice too, but we didn't know that it is adults only from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. because it is a beach club. That was unfortunate because our kids slept in most days and we didn't get to use the pool before 11:00 much. We didn't use it in the evening at all because we were out exploring the city every day and stayed out late each night to see Manhattan. So not being able to use the pool wasn't terrible. There was so much to do in the city that we were always busy doing something. The location of this hotel is the best part about it. Just a block away from Chelsea Market and an entrance to the High Line so we were able to eat at Chelsea Market any time we wanted and used the High Line a few times to access different parts of the city. This is also close to subway access and we rode the subway to and from Yankees Stadium and over to Grand Central Station. We really enjoyed this hotel. It was pretty great. Highly recommend.
