Reasonably priced considering this was NYC and it was close to sights and all public transportation. Walking distance to cruise port (20 minutes). The hotel was in good shape. I would stay again.

Good location, clean rooms, great views. Cons: Pretty noisy at night, if your room is near top floor. The person at the reception that did our check-in could be a bit friendlier and perhaps make eye contact instead of just looking at the TV while talking to the guests. Watch out for the ladies that are trying to sell you time shares at the reception.
