GREAT location and value for the room price. GREAT customer service, staff was kind, polite and helpful. Hotel could use maintance, some of the rooms were showing wear, we had issues with AC (staff quickly resolved by moving us to another room) new room had an AC condensation leak (staff quickly repaired) Expect a long wait for the Elevators and tight lobby space however we were really happy with the location, staff and room.

This hotel is a solid choice for Midtown Manhattan. Helpful staff, clean and a great location. The only real pain point is the elevators, the lobby does get very crowded at times due to the infrequent service. If you are looking for a fairly priced stay in NYC, this hotel is a great option.

It is in a good location. It's in a relatively quiet area, but close to Times Square. The property is in good condition and very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much. The one problem I had was the ice machine on my floor did not work. When I inquired, I was directed to a couple other floors where ice machines were located, but they weren't working either. I was there for a week and never did get ice.lol
