Check in was rather hectic as the lobby is quite small, there was a fault with the elevator which was reported and fixed very quickly which was appreciated. The room itself was cosy and comfortable, we had to request additional towels which came within minutes so very attentive staff.

This is a great hotel for the price. It was clean and in a great spot for what we needed. The employees were helpful and we liked the outside area in front of the hotel. It would’ve been even better had it included breakfast, but we would stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to many iconic locations and subway. Not too busy but not as quiet as expected due to the constant noise of rooftop motors on adjacent buildings All staff were very friendly and super helpful. The Reception/front of house has way too much going on and had a weird smell that I found rather unpleasant Overall, decent hotel!
