After changing rooms, very clean room, nice staff. Outside my room door, the cleaning crew left their cleaning cart in front of my door for 2 nights. Overall, good stay. Rooms are small…😊

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They called us when our rooms became ready, before the official 4pm check-in time. They also held our luggage before check-in and after check-out so that we could do additional things in NYC. The room was clean and quiet with a view of the Empire State Building.
