Check in was at 3 pm. We arrived shortly thereafter, but the room was not ready. We were told that it would be about 15 min. and that the housekeeping manager was doing a check of the room. We waited for an hour and a half. They finally gave us a room, only to find that it was the wrong room. It was just annoying and unprofessional.

Upscale hotel by the water. Beautiful and well equipped room with filtered water, coffee machine and Byredo toiletries.
We want to come back during summer to enjoy the patio view.

I absolutely loved staying at this location. Ive stayed at the Conrad in Vegas and it waa amazing, so I was expecting the same and was not disappointed.
