We had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the purified water filter and the option to help yourself to toiletries and other essentials. The coffee machine was also a great touch and made mornings even better. Overall, a welcoming, clean, and well-equipped hotel—we would definitely stay again!

Joanne was such a sweetheart the minute we arrived she made the process checking in and checking out so easy, thank you for her patience and also always making sure the place overall meet our expectations. Would be staying here again and again. I just loved how they had refill and hydrate stations which I loved and thought was very unique.

The hotel was clean, very centrally located and provided all the amenities I needed for a short getaway with my husband. The free water bottles, coffee and tea are a nice touch. I had to request a microwave but it was in the room when we arrived. Our king bed was uncomfortable. That's the only minus of the trip.

The reason for my 4 star is because the reception staff made us wait 30 mns for our luggage kept at the concierge while it was already delivered to our room. Beside that, we recommend this hotel for his proximity to all, the renovated rooms and the cleanliness. The rooms are small but they have all that is needed.

I was traveling solo for this trip and had a very good experience at Club Quarters. The hotel was very convenient to Times Square and the Theater District and even so there wasn't much street noise. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated being able to drop my luggage with the concierge before my room was ready for check-in.
