This hotel is very conveniently located with many options for food and travel anywhere in the city. The beds are very comfortable and the lounge on the top floor is one of the best features of this hotel. They used to stock the lounge with juices, sofas, and snacks but now they only offer water and coffee.

The location was extraordinary. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room designs are thoughtful and well detailed. The sky lounge is amazing and a great place to work or hang out. I highly recommend the hotel. But ask for a higher level room as ours was overlooking the building HVAC equipment which was not pleasant.

Excellent location, rooftop lounge, views, and rooms. I had a room, it was not big but had everything: small fridge, microwave, espresso machine, clean bathroom, comfy bed, great views. Very comfortable stay. LOVE that each floor has reusable water bottles and I can refill my own fresh water. Highly recommend.

Great location, very helpful staff with a quick check in. Rooms clean with good storage for clothes etc The roof terrace on the 27th floor is great, bring your own food/drink up there, also free tea/coffee/water there and inside lounge area. No bar or really lobby, lifts are a bit slow.

A perfectly located hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are perfect for a couple like us. They offer digital key options for iPhone/Apple watch which made it very convenient, Close to Grand Central subway stops, as well as great dining options. They offer to hold your luggage if you still need to explore the city some more. Our 2nd stay here and will return again.

Very convenient location, next to grand central station. 5 min walk to grand central. Very walkable to many different restaurants and tourist attractions. Room was a little too small for me and there’s no shower head , it’s a hand held shower head and had to hold it while you shower- it was annoying. Other than that, I would come back here. Affordable and convenient
