My stay was only one night, and the room was very clean and a great size. We didn't really interact with a lot of staff but two different people at the front desk were excellent. When we first arrived it was too early for check-in, which we were not expecting to get our room but the young lady working that morning did offer to hold our bags while we went to explore! The gentleman who handled our bags was so nice! Everyone was very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the city, very close to Times Square and a few blocks to Fifth Ave!

The City Club is a charming hotel with a very convenient midtown location. Everyone on the staff is friendly, helpful, and makes guests feel welcome. (They quickly notified me when I left a phone charger behind.) The guest rooms are spacious, inviting, and well-appointed, and there is a light breakfast served every morning. This hotel is a gem in midtown, and I highly recommend it to anyone!
