For the price you can’t get a better location for a midtown trip. Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable if a bit tired. Definitely a well priced well located spot. The included breakfast was a nice perk.

This is a well-located, basic hotel an easy walk from Grand Central Station. The hotel is pretty run down - but the rooms were clean and spacious. A decent option for a (relatively) inexpensive, central hotel in NYC. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Myself and my 16 year old daughter stayed for three weeknights. Location was everything. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were cozy and had required amenities. Check the price list before touching anything on the shelf or fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Continental Breakfast was included( mini muffins, croissants, fruit, ect…) It was close to Times Square and the Broadway theaters. I liked that it wasn’t a problem to stop to take a rest or drop things off since it was in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants and food trucks nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in an area I wanted to be in for a price I was willing to pay. It was functional and fine. The room was clean but very small and dingy. From the wall and carpet in the hall to the room carpet and wall coverings and window dressing, everything just looked worn and dingy. Great bathroom though! Clean, well-appointed and it even had a bidet which was a surprise. And great towels. Bed was comfy. Staff was kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was treated like an afterthought. But convenient to subway and theater district without being in the noisy center.
