As a first timer, CitizenM exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating and courteous to my questions. As student who was traveling, the access to the printer in the lounge was an amazing amenity. The rooftop bar was very relaxing and offered great views of the city. Compact room has everything you want and big picture window with a view of the bridge. Only negative is that there isn’t a lot of room for big suitcases. The Coworking space is genius Amphitheatre and long tables, banquets, couches, tv , and outdoor space too. The bar breakfast staff and area were fantastic! Justin was fantastic and so hospitable! He was helpful in recommending Thai diner for late night amazing food 10/10 hotel and staff. The matcha upstairs was fantastic too!

Staying here was perfect for me and my partner. We planned on going all over New York City so the space was perfect for us. We brought two carry-ons and one checked bag and the space did not feel crowded whatsoever. If you can pay a little bit extra for a city view do it because the views were the best part of our stay (among other things). We ended up extending our trip to one more day and the staff were great at accommodating and making sure we wouldn’t have to switch rooms for the extra day. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only thing I would say that was a little bit inconvenient was the shower that would leak on to the floor of the toilet side. But it was very minimal leakage. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We met lots of people and the rooftop bar was wonderful. My partner and I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending CitizenM to all of our friends. Thank you!
