Early morning coffee is available. Proximity to my preference of venues available. Chinatown, Little Italy and the fact that the 103 bus stops literally in front of the hotel. Sub level bar and Rooftop bar. Staff was very pleasant.

Really nice hotel in a convenient location. Walkable and good transfer options. Good breakfast. Only negative would be the gym is so small, 2 people in there the same time seems crowded.

Room was very clean, staff was super helpful. Missing one star because the in room bathroom wasn’t great. The door didn’t fully close, no shelving/hooks, very few amenities. Additionally, the ‘light cleans’ provided by the hotel were just making the bed. I would have appreciated trash being picked up, etc. Great neighborhood though!

Had an issue with heating and water in showers and talked to staff and had room switched easily and a cup of coffee offered to relieve stress. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay at CitizenM everywhere it’s available. Bed and pillows so comfy too.
