I did like the hotel and the location. Close enough to Times Square and walkable to just about anywhere. Good options for continental breakfast. Much more than most hotels. Staff were very friendly. The lobby is small things become very congested around checking, checkout and breakfast. I would suggest removing some of the tables.

Really enjoyed our stay at Citadines, NYC. The included breakfast provided many options, the room was clean, the water pressure strong, the AC helpful, and the staff very friendly. The only negative was that in a hotel of over 21 stories, there were only 2 elevators, which made for some long waits.
