Apartment was very new with lots of space. Amazing views and very comfortable beds. The location was great with so many cafes and restaurants. Close to train (15 minute walk) and shopping. Kitchen and supermarket close by was useful too being well equipped. Although no front desk, it was still easy to contact support desk for assistance. Loved our time staying here and hope to come back!

Great stay in a perfect Brooklyn location This apartment is in a fantastic area—modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It feels new and very well maintained. The location is excellent, with the G subway line just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The apartment is in Greenpoint, a great Brooklyn neighborhood with lots of amazing places to eat nearby. One of the best parts is how close the building is to the water. A short walk takes you to some of the most beautiful views of Manhattan, definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place. the building is modern and the apartment as well. it has been one of the best equipped apartments I have ever stayed. much appreciated! the building is close by shops, restaurants and bars. grocery stores are nearby for quick shopping. a larger one is about 10 min walking north (Jubilee). Also, the Greenpoint ferry spot is also a 12 min walk from the building. I used this a lot to get to Manhattan and it works great. Subway station is about the same. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to NYC.

Check in process made me nervous once I got to the property, I could not get in unless I spoke to someone on a call or text. The checkout process was a bit abrupt because somrone knack on the door exactly at 11:00 am after I stressed the possibility of a later noon checkout but I felt asking made things worst because I felt they did not believe me about why I asked for a 1 pm checkout. Also, I lost my ID and crdit card on the properties perimeter and I was told that it was not there responsible to help because the card was lost near the front entrance near where Uber and residence were park. This could have simple been done as a courtesy because this incident was very very serious especially when I needed my ID and card to get on my flight back home. Other than that the stay was great and the residence was clean and beautiful and worth the value.

The only problem I had was the master bedroom shower which wouldn’t drain fast and soapy water would cover the whole feet and I hate that.

Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. The apt hallway smelled strongly of some type of ethnic cooking the entire time we were there. On the positive side, it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The truly negative thing that would keep me from recommending this apt to anyone is that the cleaning person showed up 10 minutes early the day of check-out and stood there waiting for us to get out of the apt. In my haste, I left a very sentimental item of value in the closet in the bedroom. I realized it a few hours later. I texted with the property. It eventually became clear I was texting with a chatbot. The next morning I went through Expedia and was told (via message) they would contact the new occupant and ask if my item was there. I never heard back. Truly horrible customer service. You are definitely on your own when you stay here. Do not expect any service.
