The hotel was clean, the rooms were good and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was muffins and bagels but they were good. There is street noise but two subway lines are available so the location is great. This is not the Ritz but a great place to stay in Manhattan.

Great hotel for a New York visit. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Morning pastries/bagels were perfect for a start to the day. Staff was always friendly and the location (on the #1 train line) made it easy to get either uptown or downtown. I would def stay here again.

First time in New York this hotel had a spacious room which was clean and fresh. All the staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned regularly. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day with bagels and muffins tea coffee water etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the location is great. I will definitely be staying again

Room was a little bit outdated, but the most spacious I ever found in NY - been traveling there every year since 2015. Staff extremely helpfull, cleaning service perfect. They keep things honest by offering pastries and muffins along coffee in the morning, what was another good reason to stay at this hotel. Just around the corner of a subway station, I highly recommend.
