The hotel is not fancy but what an amazing visit to be had there - incredible staff who are so kind and helpful, clean and comfortable, perfect location in Chelsea (close to subway and walking options) and a continental breakfast every morning. This is our home away from home when we are in NYC.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean but the hallways were only fair. The room was a good size and had a fridge. The bed made a lot of noise and the there was not really a blackout curtain so getting some sleep was challenging. Location was pretty good and I would stay again.

Simple, clean and spacious rooms with complete amenities. The staff are very helpful and always available to help. For the price of a three night stay, this is a good value hotel. The hotel location is convenient with the 1 right on the corner, and C/E trains just an avenue away. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic but substantial with very strong coffee which I appreciate. Check-in is convenient. The lady in the front desk even let me check in early on my second night as I had to move to another room for my second booking. She made it convenient for me.
