Our stay was perfect for what we needed for the Harry Styles concert. The staff were very helpful and kind! I asked for a sheet change and extra towels one day and they got right on it which was amazing! We felt very safe with the door lock system at the entryway and had zero problems getting in and out. Overall perfect for what we needed and a great budget friendly alternative :)

I booked room 100 for my family of five. The room was spacious with three beds for us to sleep comfortably with a very unique, eccentric, and classic Big-Apple vibe. Considering the spacious room, the cozy back patio, the full kitchen, and the multitude of storage areas throughout, we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay.

Great hotel, clean, albeit old building, however there's history to it. Located really close to all the touristy destinations and theres a subway station right on the end of the block to get to further places. Absolutely no complaints besides a bit of a climb if you happen to get a room on the 4-5th floor due to the place having no elevator. If you're visiting new york though get ready to put your legs to work, that hotel will be a nice warmup for your legs.

Location was fantastic with it being a block away from Chelsea Market & the subway entrance. Check-in & Check-out was smooth and the staff was helpful. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. The rooms are a little dated but the facilities were clean and the AC kept the room cold. If you're mostly going to be out in the city & need a cost-conscience stay, this place is a good option.

Staff was very helpful, helped us with luggage as there are no elevators. Also helped us organize a shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms but you can hear people next to you + traffic/ room is quite small. But Overall great location, clean, great staff.

Was here for three nights! The room was perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the bag holding option prior to check in was a plus, the patio was great for sitting in the mornings, and the stay overall was great. There was also always coffee brewed in the kitchen which was a huge plus.

We stayed in the funky downstairs suite that had enough beds for our family of four. The room was cool, and had its own courtyard. There was dust and paper scraps on the floor. The boiler was out the first day, so we had no hot water. Then they fixed the boiler and the water was so hot it was unusable. Hope this was just a one-off, as the location was great, staff helpful, and overall property had some real personality.
