Room was clean and ac worked great. The staff was nice and helpful and kept our luggage secure before our check in time. The location of the hotel was great and we didn't hear outside city noise in our room. Overall, for the location and the price of the room, it was worth it.

Great location in Hells Kitchen. So many restaurants, coffee shops & markets. 10 minute walk to MSG. Staff is so nice. The car service they arranged to LGA was great. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s very clean in a great location. Loved the staff!
