Great location, classic hotel with very attentive staff. Room was very clean, and well organized. Continental breakfast was decent, no cooked food options - but great brunch options nearby, suggest Miss Nellie's on 44th next to the Birdland Jazz Club.

This has been the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered anywhere. They are so genuinely kind. I felt at home. The entire hotel is clean. The cafe is cozy and has nice coffee and snacks. I’ll definitely make this my go-to nyc hotel from now on!

What an absolutely lovely hotel!!! Great location! We took a train in from Delaware and walked to this hotel easily. We saw a show, also easy walk. Tons of restaurants nearby. The staff were nice, held the door and had great energy. They have a lounge on 2nd floor with snack & drinks along with a decent breakfast in the morning. It has beautiful tile work which was nice to look at.
