This hotel is off the beaten path and offers on-site parking- a rare commodity in New York City. The surrounding neighborhood is commercial with a cement factory right down the street. The hotel itself is very clean and the room is very comfortable and modern. The staff were very friendly.

The staff was nice, but not overly helpful when the electric went out in the hotel during my stay. The outage was not their fault, but they didn't seem to be bothered by the hot room overnight and no electricity and lights in the room. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept, and the breakfast buffet was good. The neighborhood is not a great area and if you plan on walking while you are there, I would take caution.

Very clean, friendly staffs, and very good complimentary Breakfast, especially waffle maker. Only 1 minor issue is limited parking space as expected that it is part of NYC. However, there are plenty of street parking, and you just need to follow the street parking sign restrictions.

The room was clean and ready for early check in. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did check it out while I was getting my coffee. It looked very good and it was so much more than the usual continental breakfast at most places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. It is also conveniently located close to Coney Island Beach but out of the hustle and bustle area.

This place is very clean & well maintained. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great & the coffee was excellent. They also provide filtered water dispenser. Glad we picked this hotel outside of Manhattan. It’s about a 10 min walk to the train station & parking is free.
