Love the location in walking distance to various hospitals. Corner rooms looking toward bridge are fascinating. Great view! The only thing missing is a coffee maker.

I was a bit worried to stay here because of the reviews on google, but I am glad I did. From the moment I walked in the gentleman helping at the front door was SO kind and helpful. The Front Desk had great customer service. The room was clean and I had a wonderful experience. Not to mention, the restaurants nearby were SO GOOD!

I was a bit anxious booking this property as the room rate was such a bargain. My King/Deluxe room was a corner room on the 14th floor overlooking the bridge and river. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable bed with crisp, clean sheets and bedding. Staff is friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out! I would definitely recommend this hotel for business, or pleasure travel!

Great place to stay! Would stay again! Water have to run to get hot and no microwave. Girlfriend had issue with one of the staff lady who was rude. Other than that great stay and great view from our room!

Overall my stay was very good Room was nice and clean and modern. Very disappointed with check-in as they wouldn’t give me my room earlier after I told them I was exhausted from being in hospital for hours.

The front desk staff was so polite. They greeted me with smiles, helped me find the parking garage and even upgraded my room for my birthday stay. The view from my room was amazing! And my room was so cozy. Definitely a 10/10.

Convenient location. Rooms are dated. Carpets in rough shape, room heater/AC unit loud and not working properly, no sound insulation in rooms, shower slow to drain. Stayed here several times in different rooms and the conditions have been similar.

Shower was aweful, room was extremely noisy, we could hear when everybody flushed and when we did it was the loudest I've ever experienced. The building was under construction too. Overall just ok stay.
