The room is clean and all the staffs are very nice. However, the room size is at the small side and the facility is a bit outdated that some stains can be seen on the wall. The rate is quite reasonable and the location is quite convenient next to subway station and world trade center within 5 min walk. It’s a good place to stay for the budget travelers.

Appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and we were greeted every time by someone at all times during our stay. Loved the security of the hotel as well with having to use our key card to go onto the elevator and to our room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable temperatures which were easily adjustable if needed. We will be returning in the future!

The location was really great. Located by the 9/11 Memorial. Room was clean. Liked that the hotel was smaller compared to other hotels so we didn’t have to walk a mile off the elevator to get to our room. Staff was very helpful in arranging a car for us to get back to the airport in the early morning hours.

Loved the location. Just steps from subway and many dining options nearby. Staff was friendly, helpful and quite accommodating. Room was a good size. Not the size of a phone booth, like many of the over priced hotesl in NYC. Would stay again(just not in the middle of a heat wave like we experienced) Lovely hotel!

We loved the location, which for us was close proximity to our family members in the neighborhood, as well as many great restaurants, subway access and WTC site. We really like this hotel. Staff is great and room was very clean. Our only complaint is the AC in the room is very strong and when it turned on it blew directly on the bed area. It did a great job cooling, but could be quite chilly and when it turned off it was too hot with the comforter. A lightweight blanket would be a great addition to the available linens in the room. Thanks for a great stay!
