SUPER Location! Walking distance to all the shopping one could desire. Easy access to the subway to hit all the hot spots. Our room was impeccably clean, the speakeasy servers are friendly and chatty and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. The streets were quiet at night. Love the Arlo and would highly recommend.

We had a phenomenal stay. The hotel is clean and has everything you could need. Their coffee is phenomenal, the restaurant was delicious (although pricey), and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk to all of the SoHo hotspots for shopping and eating. We’ll absolutely be back and looking into staying at their other locations too.

My daughter and I came for a girls trip and absolutely loved Arlo Soho! The room was perfect for us with twin beds and the terrace which was beautiful, we also enjoyed having the outdoor shower. Kyle at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us some great suggestions on places to eat. Paddy assisted us with our luggage and was such a sweetheart. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop for happy hour. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful staff, great amenities and attached restaurant. Room is clean and well organized and planned. Micro rooms almost but definitely enough for 1-2 person for short stays. The only complaint was the elevators are super slow and seems a bit crammed. Unsure why they use three elevator shafts but usually only have 1 running anyway.

I stay in a lot of 5 Star hotels and the reason this hotel was booked was the proximity of our venue. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! I absolutely loved everything about this hotel from the minute I walked in the door. The cleanliness was noticeable, the staff was so friendly, the checkin was easy and pleasant, the amenities downstairs at entrance had absolutely everything and was open for 24 hrs., and my room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever checked into. I just loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely stay here every time I am in this area and looking very forward to it. Thank everyone that was there when I was. They were the best!
