Rooms are very spacious. Much quieter than noisy hotels in Time Square as well. The masseuse in the hotel Spa is excellent. Location is convenient and safe. Subway line is about a 4 min walk and takes you to Time Square in about 15 min. Also a 4 min walk to take a ferry taxi to Brooklyn or NJ side. Would stay here again in our next visit.

This was my third time staying at Hyatt Centric FiDi, and it has consistently delivered a high standard of service. The rooms are spacious—something that’s quite rare in NYC—and always clean and well maintained. I noticed a few thoughtful improvements since my last stay, including shower filters and a shower chair, which enhanced the overall guest experience. The complimentary house-baked cookies in the lobby were also a nice touch. The location is very convenient, with several subway stations just a short walk away. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness outside the hotel entrance. During my stay, I frequently noticed dog waste on the sidewalk directly in front of the property. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

First and foremost, we are truly grateful to Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York for recognizing our Platinum status with Expedia and upgrading us to an absolutely stunning suite filled with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking New York City. The suite, approximately 70–80 square meters, was impeccably clean, modern, and tastefully designed. It provided the perfect setting for an exceptional stay in New York.
