We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn't be better—walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, and Broadway. Everything was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We loved our stay at the Americana. The location was perfect, so close to our theater as well as Central Park and Times Square. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They locked up our bags until our rooms were ready so we could get a head start exploring the city and also kept them after we checked out so we could do the same before heading to the airport later that afternoon. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing! It was my first ever trip to New York City and I could not have picked a better hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating as I was not happy with my first room, they switched my room and it was an unbelievable experience for my first time ever in New York City. The free wine in the afternoons was a nice touch. The sitting area near the bar was very nice for reading with my hot tea before heading out to see the sites.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, I loved the tall mirror in the room and the shower was huge. The only downside was that it did not include a continental breakfast with the coffee but there were so many restaurants so close to the hotel within a couple minutes of walking.
