Excellent all around, staff was super helpful, was able to leave bags before we checked in and got to enjoy the city while we waited for a room. Room was clean and comfy. And hotel was located perfectly for all the best subway stops. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Fantastic position by Times Square,tube stations,shops and lots of places to eat. Staff were really nice and helpful,could also get free coffee and tea from 7 in the morning. Feather pillows were a nice touch,nice big shower and head 3 lifts so never waiting long. Must mention staff again as they were helpful,friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.

I would absolutely recommend staying here! The location was perfect and conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were hands down the best part of our experience! They recommended great places to eat and even arranged transportation for us to get back to the airport. The location of the hotel is wonderful, very convenient to go to Time Square and Lincoln Center to see performances and to go to central park for a walk. Coffee shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The room I had was very clean, and quiet; bed very comfortable. Staff are pretty helpful. I will stay in this hotel again next time I go to NYC.

I enjoyed the stay it was a nice room size for my and my boyfriend not to big not to small. Jeff the bail man was very nice and helpful. I would definitely rate the hotel 8/10. We would definitely stay there again.
