Aloft Hotel, Chelsea is located in a great location especially traveling with family. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently sized for New York and clean. I would stay here again.

Great view of the old neighborhood (and beyond) from my room on 30th floor. I was born (70 years ago) just a block away and grew up in Chelsea. The friendly staff made my homecoming extra special. Location is convenient to just about everything, too!

Great location, with many food options nearby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. We arrived late in the evening and was grateful that check-in was still open but we didn't receive much information on what our rate covered and what amenities the hotel offered that we had to go back to the front desk in the morning to enquire.

Victor was very helpful, who was the manager that helped me handle my hotel stay, specifically with flight issues for this trip. He does a very good job managing this hotel, it was honestly worth every penny. He deserves an award and needs to manage regionally or at higher scales to have this same type of hotel & customer service. Very satisfied.

Room was decent size and clean. Only real complaint was the elevator situation. You have to type in your room number and it assigns you an elevator, and this took forever. To get up to your room or down to the lobby. One elevator was down but still sometimes we’d be waiting for quite a while.

We had such a great stay at Aloft by Marriott New York Chelsea! The location was perfect for exploring New York—so many places were within walking distance, and the subway was just around the corner, which made getting around the city so easy. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, and our room had everything we needed after long days of exploring. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel and how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was such a convenient and comfortable home base for our NYC trip, and we’d definitely stay here again! 🗽✨

The property and room was nice but the air did not work The white stay and we had a portable brought up. They did forget to clean our room the first day but it was okay. I'd stay there again. The location was great close to MSG and short walk to Times Square and the subway.

Everything was good, very clean, nice staff. Some confusion with the elevators, but is was resolved that day. We were told there were free muffins for breakfast, so we figured we would have a quick meal before going to the airport, only to be told they haven’t had them for a long time, but couldn’t keep up with the signs?! That they could have done better. Beds were good.
