The room was great and cozy with an amazing view of the city. Everything was a short walk or subway ride away while not being in the middle of heavy traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us after checkout so we could walk around a bit more around the city. Will definitely return to this location.

First time staying in the aloft hotel in manhattan (Chelsea), good location parking garages, real close by. Check in was very smooth and simple, however I booked a room with a king bed, when I’m checking in they tell me they had some last minute changes so I ended with a double queen higher floor bigger room. I would definitely come back and stay anytime, spacious bathrooms clean everything was nice the lobby is hip and cool smelled very clean.
