First time in NYC and the staff at this hotel were amazing! We enjoyed Jorge at the bar and the awesome drinks and customer service he provided! The hotel location is great. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent, modern, and clean. The price is fantastic. The only knock is that the lobby relatively small and is bustling. There are only 3 elevators… one of which always seemed to be occupied by service staff with carts/towels/trash/etc. The wait times to access an elevator that wasn’t already full to the brim left a bit to be desired. That said, I’d certainly stay again and would request a lower level room so I could just use the stairs.

I've stayed in several hotels midtown and this is one of my top 5.. of you are visiting for the first time, it's perfect because you can walk around midtown..subways are a block away. 10 walk to MSG. I was impressed with the bathroom and all it's attachments. Also a robe. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was more than accommodating. I try to stay in a different hotel each time I pass through, which is often. I'll be back. TY

Although my room wasn’t ready when I got there the staff was very nice and responsive to the situation. My room was very very small but very clean I highly recommend. Drinks at the bar very very good. I didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant but will be back again to do so.
