The room was nice, we loved the black out curtains which meant we could sleep in. Even with our room facing the street it wasn't too noisy. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Especially at the reception and in the restaurant, everyone was so nice it really made our trip more enjoyable!

Great boutique hotel in a good location and excellent staff. It would have been nice if breakfast started earlier plus they did not have some menu items available for the week. Nice touches with the water bottles and complementary wine.

overall the hotel is great, its modern, the food downstairs is good, it’s only a 20 min train ride into Manhattan and in a good area in Brooklyn. They just need to have a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the rooms after every guest.

amazing hotel! some of the finishes within the room were not up to the standard of the room, but GREAT space and super comfortable bed. the safe box is not anchored which was a little alarming. shower pressure was perfection. would stay again if i need to.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean.I would book again not much parking there lot is small and I think should be included with the reservation.Its a separate charge.Otherwise would give 5 stars……they need more parking.

The room is mostly clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast was Ok, but the waitress disappeared for a while at peak time. The location of the hotel is good, a short walk away from the metro station. The room was surprisingly quiet at night despite its closeness to the metro line.

The hotel is very clean, from the rooms to the restaurant. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The one downfall is the fitness area. It is very small and some of the equipment does not work. There weren’t towels or wipes in the workout facility.
