The location of this condo was just perfect, steps away from the beach. There is a beach bar and restaurant within walking distance as well as many other options within a 2 mile range. The condo itself was very clean with fresh towels, Turkish beach towels, a great kitchen, comfy mattress, and an excellent hairdryer. The condo was spacious had a nice outdoor sitting area and a well-kept swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Pet friendly, which my cat appreciates. I will definitely return.

The family condo is bright cozy and inviting. It has a full kitchen with a view of the beach that is unforgettable. It was so relaxing to sit in the balcony and watch the wave. Very clean. Amenities include a pool, barbecue and picnic area. Check in/out process is seamless. Any questions I had they were always helpful plus quick to reply. It is a hidden gem you can rent for a relaxing getaway.

Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.

Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!

The room was very clean and very well decorated. Really a beautiful space right on the water. Loved that I was able to walk right onto the beach, and also had the option of a private pool right on the beach as well. My room was on the first floor not facing the beach. There were a few storms and due to being on the first floor, the water from the storm started to flood into my room. There is a drain outside of that room but it didn’t seem to be working. The housekeeper brought some extra towels and was so kind but by the time I saw the water coming in some of my belongings by the doorway had already gotten soaked. There was also work being done in the rooms above(?) mine and it was very loud during the stay. The workers also had to come into my room to check out some things (the host was very communicative about this with me on the day that they were coming in) but that was a little uncomfortable as a young female traveling solo. Overall it was a nice place just a few uncomfortable moments worth noting.

Such a perfect place for the whole family, our dogs were happy and so were we. The unit is equipped with all kitchen items and the washer and dryer in the units were so helpful with traveling with kids! We will definitely be back! Very close to food and the beach is perfect!

We made a last minute reservation for the weekend. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive. The location is more than ideal with great access to the beach. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and the air conditioning was fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a perfect little pet friendly spot to stay. The condo is clean, up to date, well decorated and has everything you need. There is a pool overlooking the beach, it is located just over a mile from Flagler Ave. and just one street down from Chase's on the Beach. We brought our dog, our teen & our bikes and it was a wonderful long weekend get a way. Communication with the Property Manager was above a beyond my expectations. We stay in NSB several times a year and have stayed at many different places - this is my favorite now and I will 100% book there again!

Great location and overall very nice place. Still some renovations being done, so there were work crews there regulary. Mattress was super firm, which is obviously subjective, but if you can't do a firm mattress, be advised. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a condo with a washer/dryer so we had everything we need. The only thing missing was toiletries (not a big deal for us--we bring our own) but for those that expect stocked shampoo, cond., body lotion, soap, etc--just bring your own.
