What a lovely tranquil place to stay. The view from our room was very pretty with all the bush. The unit was very nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. Shower over a bath is never great, but we managed! Grounds were beautiful. Having a restaurant on the property is so convenient, and top class. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

The room was large, clean and well-appointed. We really loved that you could see and hear the river from the top bedroom. The environment is relaxing and I enjoyed the walk along the river and around the grounds. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the meals were nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was a short drive to town but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Our only minor gripe was the driveway was narrow and difficult to see vehicles coming the other way. This made for a couple of near misses due to other drivers going too fast. The washer and dryer in the laundry need updating.
